Welcome to Cece Ink. By booking an appointment, browsing our website, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Cece Ink offers custom tattoo and permanent makeup services, including—but not limited to—eyebrow microblading, lip blush, and fine-line body art. All services are elective and cosmetic in nature.

2. Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours, a $75 fee applies. Emergencies may result in a partial fee waiver.

  1. Late Fee: If more than 15 minutes late, the $75 cancellation fee applies, and service may not be accommodated. Efforts to reschedule will be made but availability isn’t guaranteed.

  2. No-Call / No-Show Policy: 50% service charge for no-call/no-shows, with no future bookings allowed.

4. Health Disclosures & Medical Conditions

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or previous procedures that may affect the outcome of your tattoo or permanent makeup service.

Cece Ink reserves the right to decline or postpone services based on health-related disclosures or safety concerns.

5. Consent & Results

By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge:

  • You have been informed of the nature of the procedure, possible risks, and aftercare requirements.

  • Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

  • A touch-up may be required to achieve desired results and is not included unless otherwise specified.

  • You will be asked to sign a consent and waiver form in person prior to your service.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential to healing and results. Cece Ink provides written aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for issues that arise from failure to follow these instructions.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and irreversible nature of tattoo and permanent makeup services, all sales are final. No refunds are given once a procedure has been performed.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and digital assets created by Cece Ink remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Liability Waiver

You agree to release Cece Ink and its artists from all liability related to allergic reactions, infections, undesired results, or complications that may arise from services provided.
