CANCELlATION policy.
WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will not be charged a deposit. CANCELLATION and NO SHOW FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE - IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY, IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. APPOINTMENTS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND, AND YOUR ADVANCED NOTICE WILL ALLOW other clients TO ACCESS THAT APPOINTMENT TIME. If cancellation or reschedule is done in less than 24 hours, a fee of $75 will be applied.
Late Fee- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time convenient to you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied.
NO CALL/NO SHOW - My goal is to provide quality beauty services to all my clients in a timely manner. No call/No shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but other clients as well. Please be aware no call/ no shows will be charged 50% of your service and will no longer be able to book with me in the future.
GUESTS - You may bring one guest that is 18 years or older to accompany you.
